Every Ad Agency from AdSense to the latest one to open out of Zanzibar has a TOS that is very similar to the others.

So they all should act the same in the same set of circumstances-right?

WRONG-each one has a different standard and a different interpretation of the rules.One rule of thumb-the better they pay the more strict they are.

Also there is a very big difference in what they pay-what may earn you 10 cents when clicked may earn the next person 60 cents-so how do you get the 60 cent clicks? Or $6.00 ones?-or as I recieved the other day-a $46.06 dollar click.

No-it was not on a Blogspot site,and surprise-it was not from AdSense either!
